Outcomes Based Payment Option
With our outcomes based payment option, you pay nothing until we find you the perfect job. An Income Share Agreement (ISA) is our investment in you. With this payment option, you invest in yourself, too. Once you land a job making an annualized $50,000 or more, you begin paying 7% of your salary for 12 months, or until you reach the ISA cap. What happens If you don't get hired? You don't pay anything. Simple as that.
